1. How can I get a Price Quote on SkyBeautyCare?

2. What is the Shipping Charge?
* Shipping charges are calculated on post code, order value and weight /size. Please refer to our delivery information.
* We will confirm the exact shipping fee after knowing the items and quantity you are interested.
* We do not charge VAT, any taxes will be the buyer responsibilities. We could declare lower value for you.
* Via Express (UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX,EMS), by Air, by Sea (as per requested).
 
3. What are the Payment Methods?
* T/T (wire transfer),or Western Union, or MoneyGram.
 
4. How long is the warranty if we purchase directly from your website?
All electric equipments come with 12 months warranty from the day of invoice.
This warranty excludes not covering bulbs, fluorescent tubes, ozone tubes, normal wear and tear, negligence, accident.
 
5. Return Policy
1) Upon receiving the item within 7 days, any defective item not due to misused will entitled to 1 to 1  exchange. Buyers should be responsible for the shipping cost from their locations to us.We will be responsible  for the shipping cost from  our location to buyers' locations.
2) We offer 30-day refund. 25% restocking fee will be applied on all kinds of refund. Shipping and handling fees  are non-refundable.
3) All the consumer electronics products sold by us carry 1 year manufacturer warranty. If you found your item  to be defective, please return it to us in the original condition and package. Buyer should be responsible for all  shipping cost during warranty period.
